📋 Description

• Provide post-implementation support for company clients • Review configurations • Troubleshoot and resolve SuitePayroll-related issues • Provide direct client-facing recommendations and resolutions • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex payroll setups, deductions, and liability checks • Explain findings to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite SuitePeople U.S. Payroll / SuitePayroll, including payroll setup, payroll items, deductions/contributions, payroll liabilities, tax agencies, payroll funding accounts, and troubleshooting Payroll Liability Checks • Preferably 3+ years of NetSuite experience, with proven hands-on SuitePeople U.S. Payroll experience • Must be comfortable troubleshooting directly with company clients, explaining findings, and providing recommendations/resolutions
