📋 Description

• Do you operate confidently at the decision-maker level, understand the dynamics of the CRM & ERP market, and maintain a strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem? • Do you view Microsoft Dynamics 365 not just as a product but as a strategic platform for digital transformation? • Own the strategic sales of our solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Act as a market driver and position our company as a trusted partner for complex CRM & ERP initiatives. • Focus on strategic new customer acquisition in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. • Build and maintain a resilient network within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of proven sales experience in IT solutions or project-based business with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s platform strategy and CRM modules (particularly Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service) • Existing network in the relevant market (Microsoft partners, customer organizations, influencers) • Confident presence at the decision-maker level and strong closing skills • Strategic thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset • Experience positioning complex, consultative IT solutions • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
