📋 Description

• Support the development of strategic analyses, market studies and business diagnostics. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support leadership decision-making. • Collect, organize and interpret data from various internal and external sources. • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and executive materials for leadership forums, C-level and the Board. • Contribute to structuring business problems, formulating hypotheses and developing recommendations. • Prepare benchmarks, industry research and market trend analyses. • Support building Excel models and analyses to evaluate scenarios, impacts, opportunities or business metrics. • Interact with different areas of the company to gather information, validate assumptions and consolidate analyses. • Support monitoring of the company’s strategic initiatives and projects. • Ensure quality, consistency and clarity in deliverables, with attention to detail, deadlines and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or near completion in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, International Relations, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or related fields. • Strong analytical skills and interest in data analysis, strategy and business. • Intermediate Excel skills, including organizing datasets, building analyses, structuring tables and working with formulas. • Intermediate PowerPoint skills, able to organize ideas, create clear presentations and communicate messages concisely. • The following are advantageous: • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python or other data analysis tools. • Previous experience, even at an entry level, in a corporate environment, consulting, planning, strategy, finance, market intelligence, projects, new business, controllership, FP&A or analytical areas. • Experience with data analysis, building presentations or preparing reports to support decision-making. • Intermediate or advanced English, particularly for reading reports, market studies and external materials. • Experience creating executive-level presentations. • Familiarity with market analysis, benchmarking, basic financial modeling or scenario evaluation. • Courses or certifications in Excel, Power BI, data analysis, finance, strategy, project management or related topics. • Knowledge of or interest in the energy, infrastructure, technology, sustainability or regulated markets sectors. • Academic experience, internships, junior enterprise involvement, extracurricular projects or professional work on business-related topics will also be considered. • Prior experience in the energy sector is not required, but interest in the industry will be valued.
