β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Josi Health's patients and families via phone, email, and live chat β€’ Schedule and coordinate diagnostic evaluations β€’ Collect and verify intake information, insurance details, and required documentation β€’ Follow up with patients regarding missing forms or appointment requirements β€’ Respond professionally and empathetically to patient questions and concerns β€’ Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems β€’ Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to resolve scheduling or workflow issues β€’ Research and provide post-diagnosis support resources when needed β€’ Help identify recurring operational issues and suggest workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong written and spoken English communication skills β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or emotionally sensitive situations β€’ Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously β€’ Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet β€’ Backup power and backup internet solution available during outages β€’ Ability to work primarily during US business hours β€’ Comfortable working independently within a structured remote workflow β€’ Previous healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service experience preferred β€’ Experience working remotely in fast-paced environments preferred β€’ Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Intercom, or EHR systems preferred β€’ Basic understanding of healthcare or insurance terminology preferred
