📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact and support customers from the confirmed order through to vehicle handover • Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles • Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and set priorities together with the team • Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — using our unique "Glastruck" and delivering directly to their door!

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in dialog marketing / call center or in private customer support • You enjoy telephone customer contact and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality • You bring a positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve the goals you set for yourself • Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus. Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
