📋 Description

• Telephone outreach to companies (B2B) • Needs assessment and skilled conversation management • Scheduling appointments with decision makers • Documenting calls in the CRM system • Close coordination with team leadership & project responsibility • Follow-up calls & maintenance of existing contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence • Enjoyment of selling, persuasiveness and target orientation • Enjoyment of cold calling and actively approaching new customers • Structured and independent way of working • Experience in call centers, sales or customer service is an advantage • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
