📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our new customers as a Call Center Agent and are responsible for recording customer data over the phone. • Independently conduct outbound calls to address customer inquiries and clarify their concerns. • With your intuition and a solid needs analysis, you identify what the customer truly needs and help them find the optimal loan offer. • You form a team with your sales colleagues and stay in constant communication. Your preparation is important, as you hand customers directly over to the sales process. • You support customers with initial questions and excite them about working with FINANZCHECK.de. • With our modern communication tools and the digital contract-closing options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained some professional experience in direct customer contact—ideally by phone (e.g., sales, telemarketing, or retail). • Communication is your strength: you enjoy direct customer contact and analyzing customer needs. • You have German language skills at a native level. • You are confident working with computers and quickly adapt to new systems. • You feel comfortable working in a team, are reliable, work independently, and have good time management.
