• Responsibility for the contact center solution portfolio – from strategic development through presales and partner management to commercial control • Close collaboration with our cloud consultants and development teams • Act as the link between AWS, our customers and the market • Develop solution strategy & product development • Identify new market opportunities via the AWS Marketplace, managed service offerings or new partnerships • Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers • Create compelling proposals, presentations and proofs of concept • Build long-term customer relationships and identify potential for further development (upselling) • Main contact person for AWS in the contact center domain and maintain active partner relationships • Ensure that relevant certifications and program requirements are met • Plan and monitor the financial metrics of your solution area (revenue, costs, utilization) • Develop pricing models for marketplace and managed service offerings • Work closely with Finance and Administration to ensure accurate project billing
• 5+ years of experience in business development, presales, consulting or product management – ideally in the IT or cloud environment • Basic understanding of AWS and cloud technologies • Experience working with customers and partners at the decision-maker level • Strategic thinking combined with a sense for commercial matters • Strong communication skills in German and English – you can explain technical topics clearly • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives proactively • Background in conversational AI, contact centers, NLP or related fields (nice to have, but not required) • Experience with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms (nice to have, but not required) • AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate) or Scrum Product Owner (nice to have, but not required) • Knowledge of AWS partner programs and the AWS Marketplace (nice to have, but not required) • Willingness to travel (approx. 20% for customer appointments, events and trade shows)
