📋 Description

• Point of contact for our customers after vehicle purchase • Handling complaints through personal conversations by phone or via email • Identifying and assessing damage and defects on used cars • Acting as the communication interface between customers, internal departments and service providers • Professional handling and resolution of customer complaints

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communicator, service-oriented and enjoys customer contact • Structured, independent and team-oriented working style • Interest in cars and willingness to learn — career changers are welcome • Fluent German and confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) • Previous experience in customer service and/or the automotive industry is an advantage
