📋 Description

• Manage legal risks and contract negotiations • Educate the team on regulatory compliance • Align legal strategy with business objectives • Translate legal issues into practical guidance • Advise on corporate governance, risk management, finance, etc. • Provide legal support for corporate service areas • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts • Identify and mitigate legal risks • Research new legal developments • Counsel on customer complaints and litigation management • Assisting in corporate governance matters • Advise on employment law and HR matters • Anticipate and mitigate legal problems

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • Current admission to a state bar • Five years plus experience as a licensed attorney • Extensive experience with international offices • Pragmatic judgment and strong personal credibility • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment • Sound analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on approach with willingness to do administrative work • Ability to analyze complex issues quickly • Strong prioritization and sense of urgency • Ability to handle confidential information • Comfortable in a multicultural environment • Self-motivated with independent working ability • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
