• Proven success as a frontline sales manager in complex software sales • Strong field orientation with comfort jumping into real customer conversations to coach or advance deals • Ability to lead both overlay sellers and direct sellers with clarity and consistency • High standards for pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined execution • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales segments and cross functional teams • Competitive drive, strong business judgment, and a passion for building a winning team
