📋 Description
• Formaの機能、制約事項、およびシステム連携の可能性について深い知識を持つ専門家(Subject Matter Expert)として活動する • 顧客との技術的なエンゲージメントを主導し、既存業務フローを分析したうえで、プロジェクトおよび施工プロセスの改善を支援するソリューションを設計する • ドキュメント管理、 RFI (情報照会)、サブミッタル 、現場業務フロー、モデルコーディネーションなどのFormaワークフローを構築・最適化する • 顧客が利用状況、プロジェクトパフォーマンス、業務成果を可視化できるダッシュボード、レポート、分析基盤を設計する • 利用可能なAPIやデータコネクタを活用し、FormaとERPシステム、 BI ツール 、その他の建設テクノロジーとの連携を支援する • 技術ヘルスチェック、ワークショップ、トレーニングを実施し、プラットフォームの継続的かつスケーラブルな活用を促進する
🎯 Requirements
• AEC業界、またはAEC向けテクノロジー業界での実務経験5年以上 • プロジェクトチームまたは組織全体に対する建設テクノロジーソリューションの導入支援または運用支援経験 • 建設業務フローおよびプロジェクト遂行プロセスに関する深い理解 • SaaSプラットフォームおよびエンタープライズ環境におけるテクノロジー導入に関する知識 • 建設プロジェクトデータを活用したダッシュボード作成、レポーティング、分析の経験 • 建設関連組織におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションや業務変革プロジェクトへの参画経験 • 顧客対応および社内連携のために必要に応じて出張できること
