• Ensure effective, business-optimized staff deployment to guarantee smooth operations within the assigned area • Contribute to consistently smooth and meticulous processes across the bar, kitchen, and service areas within the outlet • Organize and monitor production and sales, and manage stock usage and cost control • Control daily cash handling and ensure revenue security • Ensure daily cleaning in accordance with current Food & Safety guidelines • Ensure compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation obligations (HACCP) • Ensure proper maintenance of furnishings, equipment, and facilities • Implement the marketing program according to current guidelines • Increase customer acquisition and sales figures • Continuously optimize the integrated workflow • Organize optimal customer service, with particular emphasis on complaints management • Ensure proper outlet performance and optimal product presentation • Adhere to occupational safety regulations • Maintain positive employee relations and conduct ongoing communication with staff • Work closely with the General Manager
• Completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality sector or extensive professional experience • Self-initiative and willingness to learn • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work independently and think and act with an entrepreneurial mindset • Flexibility and commitment • High self-motivation and team spirit, and confidence in working with diverse nationalities
