📋 Description

• Primary customer contact at the operational level • Post-incident follow-up and debriefing of outages with customers, and initiating quality-improvement measures where required • Initiating and managing customer-specific performance optimization • Managing and coordinating tailored proposals in response to customer requirements • Aligning quality reports with customers and analyzing them to identify improvement potential • Coordinating and overseeing complex maintenance activities and changes with customers and third parties • Supporting analysis of operational processes, resolving process disruptions and initiating necessary changes • Responsible for controlling and monitoring service delivery in accordance with contractually agreed standards (SLAs/KPIs) • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through continuous support and proactive communication with customers, particularly in service management

🎯 Requirements

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Information Technology or a completed vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience • Ability to think and act systemically, with a solution-oriented approach and experience in business management • High degree of independence and initiative, with strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills • Knowledge of presentation, public speaking and moderation techniques • Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage • Experience in managing service and operational processes as well as handling contractual frameworks • Strong customer orientation and the ability to proactively manage customer relationships in a solution-focused manner
