📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the performance of your store and your team • Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing excellent guest service • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and implementing established concepts • Leading and supervising subordinate staff in accordance with leadership standards • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and acting with financial responsibility • Ensuring optimal product presentation and correct price labeling • Checking technical equipment for proper functionality and initiating appropriate measures to restore operation if necessary • Creating rosters and ensuring optimal shift coverage • Ensuring compliance with and monitoring legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation • Ordering goods, ongoing inventory control, and participation in stocktaking • Ensuring staff present a professional appearance in line with company standards • Optimizing daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, staff motivation, and cost control • Training, motivating, and evaluating employee performance • Active participation in day-to-day work and taking responsibility for shift management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and at least 4 years of leadership experience in the chain restaurant/foodservice industry • Self-reliant and entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Commercial and operational know-how • High self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and assert oneself • Confidence in working with people of different nationalities • Good German and English language skills • Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation and to work weekends and public holidays
