📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and freezers • With careful staff scheduling, you motivate your team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a retail specialist in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher • Ideally a master craftsman (Meister) qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
