📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with and monitor legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational health and safety), including documentation • Create duty rosters and ensure optimal shift coverage • Inspect technical equipment for proper functioning and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to restore operation • Optimize daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, employee motivation, and cost control • Work actively as part of the team and take independent responsibility for leading shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and at least 4 years of leadership experience in the system catering/chain restaurant sector • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Passion for coffee and coffee culture • Commercial and operational know-how • High self-motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to lead and assert when necessary • Comfort interacting with people of different nationalities • Good command of German and English
