📋 Description

• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service • Maintain quality standards and implement prescribed concepts • Lead and supervise junior staff in accordance with leadership standards • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales per guest/ticket, cost of sales, productivity, and act accordingly to drive financial performance • Ensure optimal product presentation and correct price labeling • Check technical equipment for functionality and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to restore operation • Create duty rosters and ensure optimal shift coverage • Ensure compliance with and control of legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation • Manage ordering, continuously monitor stock levels and assist with inventories • Ensure staff maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards • Optimize daily operations focusing on guest satisfaction, employee motivation and cost control • Train, motivate and evaluate employee performance • Actively participate in operations and lead shifts independently

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and at least 4 years of management experience in chain restaurant operations • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Commercial and operational know-how • High self-motivation, strong communication skills, and team orientation with assertiveness • Comfortable working with people of diverse nationalities • Good German and English language skills • Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays
