• Responsible for planning, structuring and prioritizing projects and tasks in line with company objectives. • Develop robust business cases to evaluate marketing initiatives and investments. • Provide strategic advice to internal and external stakeholders on marketing matters with a clear focus on business impact. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using a key-account approach. • Translate business requirements into actionable marketing strategies and activities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Performance Marketing, Data, Creative) to ensure successful implementation. • Identify optimization potential in processes, structures and campaigns. • Lead and manage (digital) marketing projects—ideally using agile methodologies such as Scrum. • Ensure quality, timing and budgets across your projects.
• Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at an agency, in an in-house marketing team, or in a consulting role. • Strong understanding of marketing and sales interdependencies and their impact on company goals and KPIs. • Experience in developing and evaluating business cases and in data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and advisory skills to engage with stakeholders on an equal footing. • Experience in Key Account Management or supporting strategic clients is an advantage. • Solid experience in project management, preferably with agile methods (e.g., Scrum). • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style—you think conceptually and also execute operationally. • Hands-on mentality: you are a doer and drive initiatives forward independently. • Confident presence and the ability to explain complex matters clearly. • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C2 level); good English is a plus.
