📋 Description

• Independently manage and advise your own portfolio of clients, both digitally and in person • Take responsibility for client strategy and results • Develop paid media concepts, market analyses, and account audits for Google Ads and Social Ads • Build and continuously develop accounts across platforms throughout the entire funnel • Manage Google campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and AI Max, as well as Meta campaigns using Advantage+ • Use additional platforms such as Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, or Pinterest, depending on the client • Strategically manage platform automation through Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max, and Advantage+ • Support the design and further development of tracking setups • Support clients with Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions, and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) • Present planned measures and concepts to clients • Conduct in-house training sessions for clients • Provide professional guidance to working students and trainees • Use the internal AI Kit for analysis, reporting, and creative iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in SEA/PPC, ideally around five years • Demonstrable success in managing accounts • Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising • Knowledge of Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Max for Search • Experience with Smart Bidding and automated campaigns • Experience with feed and PPC tools such as Google Merchant Center, Channable, or Channelpilot • Confident in negotiations and presentations • Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style • Ability to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously • Cross-channel mindset and understanding of holistic online marketing strategies • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Fluent written and spoken German (C2 level) • Experience in Paid Social, particularly Meta Ads including Advantage+ and LinkedIn Ads, is an advantage • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok or Pinterest is an advantage • Knowledge of GA4, Google Merchant Center, Consent Mode, server-side tracking, and first-party data is an advantage • Good command of English is an advantage
