📋 Description

• Performance marketing campaigns: You plan, manage and optimize Meta and Google campaigns with five- to six-figure monthly budgets and are responsible for their performance. • Media buying & scaling: You analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies to scale campaigns profitably. • Creatives & UGC: You design ad creatives, brief creators, and develop scripts for high-performing video ads. • Email marketing: You create automated email sequences and campaigns that activate leads and retain customers. • Strategy & client advisory: You advise clients as a strategic partner, develop growth strategies, and support implementation through to scaling. • Analysis & reporting: You monitor all relevant KPIs, derive concrete recommendations for action, and ensure sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Performance marketing experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing — ideally in an agency, an e-commerce company, or in a coaching/personal-brand environment. • Media buying & scaling: You have managed Meta and/or Google campaigns with significant budgets and understand how to optimize and scale campaigns profitably. • Data & KPI literacy: Metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR or conversion rate are part of your daily toolkit. You make data-driven decisions rather than gut-feel choices. • Creative thinking: You understand the impact of creatives on performance, develop new ad approaches, and can prepare briefs for UGC creators and designers. • AI affinity: You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude & co. to speed up processes, achieve better results and work more productively. • Ownership & solution orientation: You work independently, take responsibility for results, and find solutions before issues escalate. • Strong communication: You communicate clearly, professionally and persuasively — both within the team and directly with clients.
