📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using APA tools • Use Automation Anywhere A360 capabilities including API Tasks, Code Review modules, Document Automation, AI Agents, and Co-Pilot for Automators • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries • Implement coding, agent orchestration, version control, and governance best practices • Integrate solutions through APIs and external systems for end-to-end process automation • Conduct code reviews, testing, AI model validation, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization • Design and maintain automation solutions across AWS and Azure cloud environments • Support Agile/DevOps lifecycle and continuous improvement of automation pipelines • Mentor junior developers • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and framework guidelines • Monitor automation performance and implement improvements for long-term sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is stated, but the posting also says "Master's degree preferred" • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and automation development, including APA tools and practices • Deep experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including advanced APA modules and integration capabilities • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages • Strong understanding of API development, integrations, and data flow between systems • Experience developing secure, scalable, and modular automation solutions • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and the software development lifecycle • Experience with AWS and Azure for deploying and managing automation environments • Expertise in framework creation, agent lifecycle governance, and versioning strategies • Knowledge of RPA documentation standards and best practices • Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies • Technical English proficiency at B1 level or higher • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality automation solutions • Collaborative approach, leadership potential, and mentoring experience • Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
