📋 Description

• Responsible for processing and controlling movements and billing for medical and dental plans. • Serve SSC clients via phone and email (tickets). • Monitor compliance with obligations established in collective bargaining agreements. • Verify co-payment deductions and monthly fees. • Process enrollments, terminations and plan changes. • Generate payment slips (boletos) and forward them to Finance. • Reconcile billing and maintain weekly control of plan payments. • Handle cancellation requests and contract migrations. • Update age-band pricing tables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields. • Intermediate Excel. • Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) is a plus. • Previous experience in the role is an advantage.
