📋 Description
• You will develop our people and organizational development function both strategically and operationally, ensuring targeted growth in leadership, performance and structures. • You will align People Development consistently with company objectives, growth and performance, and set clear priorities. • You will establish an effective setup—from competency and role models to calibration, succession planning and career paths. • You will initiate and support change processes, create clarity in roles and structures, and ensure sustainable implementation. • You will further develop diagnostic instruments (especially assessment and development formats) and implement them professionally with quality assurance. • You will design and implement programs for our employees and further develop our learning landscape. • You will act as a sparring partner for leaders, facilitate demanding team formats and strengthen collaboration. • You will plan and analyse surveys and translate insights into actionable measures. • You will build KPI-based governance for People & Organizational Development (PE/OE), evaluate effectiveness and derive optimizations. • You will build dependable relationships and ensure the administrative implementation of all training and development measures.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree (e.g. Psychology/Business Psychology/Social Sciences/Business Administration with a focus on HR) or equivalent; ideally additional qualifications in diagnostics, coaching or organizational development • Several years of experience in People Development, in particular in leadership and personnel development • You manage initiatives end-to-end, set clear priorities, work with roadmaps and reliably drive stakeholders to decisions • Experience building and further developing competency models, career paths and calibration processes • Solid practical experience in personnel diagnostics as well as in the design and execution of Assessment and Development Centers • Clear and solution-oriented communication • You work data-driven, evaluate impact through analyses and derive concrete measures and improvements • Very good German and English language skills
