📋 Description

• Architect, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and data models • Own technical delivery from design through release • Apply clean architecture, testability, performance, and maintainability best practices • Define and champion platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and design guidelines • Design and optimize performant, scalable Lightning Web Components and user experiences • Implement Salesforce security and sharing concepts, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security • Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations, platform events, and connectors with resilient patterns, strong authentication, and error handling • Optimize solutions for governor limits, bulkification, caching, transaction management, and asynchronous processing • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations to translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans • Establish meaningful unit and integration testing and maintain reliable test coverage • Improve observability and maintainability through documentation, architectural decision records, and knowledge sharing • Shape auxmoney’s Salesforce platform, technical standards, and future architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments • Advanced Salesforce Flows skills • Highly proficient in Apex and object-oriented programming • Deep Lightning Web Components expertise, including lifecycle, reactivity, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model, including least-privilege design • Experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth, named credentials, and external credentials • Experience selecting integration patterns for complex scenarios • Knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, transactions, asynchronous processing, and error handling • Fluency with Git and pull requests • Hands-on CI/CD experience for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions • Clear communication in English • Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams • German skills, Salesforce certifications such as PD I or PD II, Architect track progress, managed packages, platform events, and Data Loader or ETL experience are nice to have
