📋 Description
• Provide best-in-class financing and financial aid support to learners • Coach learners through key decisions regarding funding their programs • Proactively assess learner needs regarding financing • Engage in team training and provide feedback on process improvements • Leverage tools and systems for optimizing learner engagement
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year in financial aid contact role or customer experience support/advisor • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
