• Advise employees on topics such as Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision and personal finances • Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) to ensure an excellent customer experience • Handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation through to implementation • Explain complex topics clearly and in a way tailored to the target audience • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes
• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support • Structured, independent and solution-oriented, with excellent German language skills • Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
