📋 Description

• Lead the technical Sales Specialist team • Be a key stakeholder as Avantor expands into the high-end laboratory design market • Understand customers’ initiatives and provide solutions using Avantor's capabilities • Collaborate within a matrix environment across sales, operations, portfolio, finance, and supply chain • Recruit, hire, train and build a strong sales team • Screen potential business deals and build market position by locating, developing, and negotiating business relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Advanced degree in Architecture, Business, Construction or similar preferred • 5+ years in laboratory design, laboratory construction, laboratory casework, biosafety or fume hood sales experience • Working understanding of the construction industry • Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, CRMs, & PowerBI/Qliksense • Advanced Excel and analytical skills • Ability to travel 50%+ (customer sites, meetings, etc.)
