📋 Description

• Research, engage with, and provide the talent needed to support Avantor's mission to set science in motion and create a better world • Build strong talent pipelines across European markets • Partner with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy • Conduct initial candidate screenings through CV reviews and phone or virtual interviews • Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout sourcing and screening stages • Understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines with Hiring Managers • Share data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment • Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement • Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in German and English
