📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Coordinators • Ensure delivery against operational KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and service excellence targets • Oversee workload distribution and support effective capacity planning • Act as the primary escalation point for recruitment process, system, and stakeholder-related issues • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development plans • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present operational updates to management • Support onboarding, training, and integration of new team members • Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or Recruitment Coordination • Previous experience leading a team within a Recruitment, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, or RPO environment • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance management • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment • Fluent German (C1 level or higher) • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) • Both German and English are essential for daily communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members across international markets
