📋 Description

• Responsible for researching and engaging with talent across European markets • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and Hiring Managers • Identify, engage, and qualify top candidates • Act as a strategic sourcer leveraging market insights and innovative techniques • Build and maintain candidate pools and pipelines • Conduct initial screening of prospects and applicants • Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to TA Partners and Hiring Managers • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages • Share data-driven insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition • Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement • Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in German and English
