📋 Description

• Research, engage, and provide talent for Avantor to set science in motion. • Build strong talent pipelines across European markets. • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and engage top candidates. • Leverage market insights and sourcing techniques to deliver high-quality candidate slates. • Perform initial screens of prospects and applicants. • Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy. • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout sourcing and screening stages. • Share data-driven insights on talent availability and competitor landscape with hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment. • Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement. • Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in German and English.
