• Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities • Serve as the primary product liaison for enterprise customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders • Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops • Translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical architecture and implementation approaches • Make informed trade-off decisions between technical complexity, time to market, and customer value • Understand system integrations, APIs, data models, and enterprise technology stacks • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery • Drive development processes and participate actively in development cycle planning
• 5+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise B2B products • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products from concept to market • Strong technical acumen with ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including executives and technical stakeholders • Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, and security considerations • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Experience working in or with Financial Services and Wealth Management industries (Nice to haves) • Familiarity with financial services regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards (Nice to haves) • Knowledge of wealth management platforms, portfolio management systems, or related fintech solutions (Nice to haves) • MBA or advanced technical degree (Nice to haves)
