📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. • Execute full-funnel demand generation strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party OTAs. • Conduct keyword research, build audiences, and create campaign structures that maximize ROAS and booking conversion. • Monitor daily performance to identify optimizations around bids, creatives, landing pages, and targeting. • Leverage A/B testing across ad messaging, visuals, and audience segments. • Track core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, cost per booking) and adjust strategies based on data insights. • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to luxury travel audiences. • Work with Revenue Management to align paid strategies with pricing, promotions, occupancy needs, and seasonal trends. • Collaborate with brand and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and storytelling across channels. • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Communicate results and recommendations to leadership clearly and effectively. • Maintain performance dashboards and campaign documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising. • Proven track record managing campaigns with significant budgets and revenue responsibility. • Experience with OTA displacement strategies (e.g., driving direct bookings over Airbnb/VRBO). • Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO principles. • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional paid channel. • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker/Looker Studio, attribution platforms). • Deep understanding of direct response, conversion tracking, and full-funnel optimization. • Experience in eCommerce, hospitality, vacation rentals, and luxury travel is strongly preferred. • Creative mindset paired with strong quantitative and analytical abilities. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
