📋 Description

• Enable and scale existing systems to support multi-region AWS infrastructures during the first six months • Rotate into and contribute talent to another core team after the initial phase • Technically lead the adaptation and deployment of existing backend systems to multi-region AWS architectures, ensuring low latency and high availability • Design, build, and maintain Event-Driven Architectures for scalability, resilience, and asynchronous service processing • Collaborate with Web, Mobile, and Product Owner teams using Scrum agile methodologies • Ensure code quality and maintainability by applying Clean Architecture principles and software best practices • Leverage AI tools to solve technical bottlenecks and optimize delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of proven experience in Backend Software Development • Advanced proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript • Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud development, specifically with containerization and orchestration using EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) • Advanced knowledge of Kafka and Event-Driven Architectures (required) • Solid experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL • Practical and demonstrable application of Clean Architecture principles and design patterns • Proven experience designing or implementing multi-region cloud deployments • Active adopter of Artificial Intelligence tools used daily to support software development and solve technical challenges • Strong self-management, proactivity, and ownership, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions to cross-platform teams and business stakeholders • Previous experience in the Fintech or high-throughput transactional industry (nice to have) • Familiarity with micro-frontend or multi-platform integrations (Web/Mobile) (nice to have)
