📋 Description

• Join Talan's team and contribute to a high-performing backend project within the banking industry • Participate in a rotating on-call shift schedule from Monday to Sunday • Remain reachable and log in to resolve critical system incidents when they arise during on-call periods • Work on backend development involving Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, microservices, databases, and software architecture • Contribute to projects for major global clients and collaborate with a multicultural, international team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role • Advanced J2EE, Springboot and Apache Kafka expertise is mandatory • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with Spring Boot • Knowledge of functional programming • Java version 8 and above • Experience with JPA • Testing methodologies (TDD or BDD) • Knowledge of software design and architecture patterns • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc. • Familiarity or working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) • English language proficiency: minimum B2 level • Basic notions of API design and specification (OpenAPI 3 / OAS3) desirable • Basic knowledge of Reactive Programming highly valued • Willingness and availability to participate in a mandatory rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, approximately one full week every 3 to 4 months • B2B or freelance contract
