📋 Description

• Analyze business problems and select appropriate Machine Learning approaches • Design end-to-end AI solutions and scalable system architectures • Build production-grade agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks and Large Language Models • Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions • Design and implement robust Python backend services and APIs for AI applications • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype, validate, and iterate on AI capabilities • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and research directions • Translate promising ideas into production-ready solutions • Drive technical quality, reliability, and maintainability across AI systems • Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience building Machine Learning systems • Proven ML technical leadership experience • Ability to understand business problems, select appropriate ML approaches, design end-to-end solutions, and make technical decisions • Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agentic orchestration frameworks • Experience designing multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, state management, tool calling, and structured outputs • Hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Large Language Models • Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, semantic search, retrieval optimization, prompt engineering, and context management • Experience with vector databases such as Vertex AI RAG Engine, Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate • Strong Python development skills • Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks • Experience with async programming and long-running backend processes • Experience designing structured data models using Pydantic or similar validation frameworks • Experience with Docker • Ability to work independently in fast-changing R&D and Proof-of-Concept environments • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills • Experience using AI-assisted development tools • Nice-to-have: Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Gemini, Vertex AI RAG Engine, AWS, Azure, multimodal AI, foundation-model fine-tuning, and AI evaluation or benchmarking pipelines
