📋 Description

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the product, from vision and roadmap to backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and business requirements • Champion the product vision and evaluate development outcomes against it • Ensure day-to-day product operation, including incident management and internal SLA compliance • Structure a physical product portfolio, including variants, standards, and country-specific rules, into actionable user stories • Present arguments, roadmap, and vision to senior stakeholders • Drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in • Collaborate with the development team on product delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, including data modelling and variant management, system architecture and integration expertise, pricing and costing logic, and product discovery • Knowledge of software architecture, cloud systems and protocols, ideally within configuration and quotation software (CPQ: Configure, Price, Quote) • Ability to translate complex industrial requirements into precise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria • Ability to identify requirement gaps and edge cases • Solid understanding of SDLC frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks across stakeholders and the development team • Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, MS Office and other relevant tools • Experience acting as a Service Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master is nice to have • Background in industrial or manufacturing-related software products is nice to have
