📋 Description

• Balance time between daily operation activities and assigned strategic projects, ensuring on-site/hybrid requirements are met in Vinhedo. • Deliver high-value, global IT sourcing strategies, including market analysis, RFx vendor evaluation, cost forecasts, and negotiation strategy. • Negotiate contracts, draft commercial terms, facilitate approvals, and manage post-execution contract systems of record and renewals. • Support the deployment of consistent vendor management processes, leading annual executive reviews and monitoring vendor performance. • Partner cross-functionally and cross-regionally with global stakeholders, IT Sourcing Managers, and finance teams to identify optimization opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, and drafting/negotiating IT contracts (6+ years preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology • Strong project and process management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and independent tasks. • Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. • Deep understanding of enterprise IT operations paired with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
