📋 Description

• Independently process national and international customer and service orders accurately and on schedule • Coordinate returns, repairs, product exchanges, and credit notes • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries about products, prices, terms and conditions, and delivery times • Work closely with Service, Logistics, and other specialist departments • Manage orders in the ERP system and ensure efficient order processing • Create work instructions and support the continuous improvement of service processes • Analyze KPIs and reports and work with the manager to derive optimization measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration • Professional experience in Customer Service, Aftersales, Order Management, or Inside Sales • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong service and customer focus • Willingness to challenge existing processes and continuously improve them • Very good German and good English language skills • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel • Experience with ERP systems, such as IFS
