📋 Description

• Analyze notifications of low- and medium-complexity claims, verifying documentation, classification and registration information; • Request, check and organize the documentation required to instruct the files; • Perform preliminary coverage analyses based on policy terms and conditions; • Record opinions, transactions and updates in the company's systems; • Monitor files, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory deadlines; • Work with policyholders, brokers, service providers and internal teams to obtain information and advance analyses; • Support the initial assessment of indemnifiable amounts, deductibles and coverage limits; • Refer files for inspections, expert assessments or supplementary analyses when necessary; • Contribute to meeting area KPIs such as SLAs, productivity and claim settlement time; • Identify document inconsistencies and flag situations that require technical review.

🎯 Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented; • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team; • Analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility; • Basic knowledge of insurance and claims processes; • Understanding of coverage analysis, deductibles and insurance documentation; • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office; • Familiarity with corporate systems is a plus; • Experience in insurers, brokerages, assistance companies or operations and technical service areas is an advantage; • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.
