• Lead end-to-end marketing efforts: Strategize, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and webinars. • Develop, manage, and optimize content for sales enablement, blogs, sales decks, case studies, and other collaterals. • Work closely with the founders to define our client’s brand identity and voice. • Leverage AI tools and technologies to increase efficiency, speed, and quality across marketing initiatives. • Use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimize marketing efforts, and report ROI to stakeholders. • Conceptualize and execute webinars, conferences, mixers, and other lead-gen events for our client’s target audience. • Conceptualize and execute landing pages using tools like click funnels.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B Tech Startups. • Demonstrated depth in content marketing, including crafting blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more. • A working understanding of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategies. • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO) to streamline marketing workflows. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. • Both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively. • Achievement-Driven: You’re someone who is hungry to achieve ambitious goals and are looking to lead and shape the marketing function at our client. • Positive and Compassionate: You foster a positive environment, uplifting those around you while staying empathetic. • Results-Oriented Learner: You’re competitive, eager to learn, and committed to delivering measurable outcomes.
