📋 Description

• Actively contribute to outbound & inbound recruitment strategies • Conduct direct outbound sourcing through channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray • Conduct screening calls with candidates and assess their fit for roles • Manage interview logistics with candidates • Advise Project Managers & Client Managers on candidate landscape & trends • Take ownership of candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter & internal ATS platforms • Thrive in goal-oriented environments • Have a growth mindset • Team-oriented and committed • Can work with ever-changing priorities, in a very agile environment • Fluent in English, any other languages would be an advantage.
