📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Develop schedules and plans aligned with client objectives and internal capabilities • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations • Manage project budget, timeline, scope, and quality • Report project performance indicators to leadership • Ensure proper documentation, status reports, and communication flow • Support change management and scope control in alignment with contractual obligations • Lead daily project meetings and executive steering committees • Apply rigorous governance in accordance with internal and industry best practices • Lead multicultural teams on national and global projects • Manage project resource allocation and margins • Manage the project’s financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for this position • 7+ years of experience managing SAP projects or complex implementations, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments • Experience with greenfield projects, rollouts, and system conversions to S/4HANA • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders • Experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred
