📋 Description
• Configuring, testing, and implementing changes to Recruitment systems • Providing Avature BAU support and troubleshooting • Implementing new features and enhancements in Avature • Driving the support and regression testing
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in IT Services • Strong experience with Avature Recruitment System • Proficient with other systems like Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Oracle • Strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge in recruitment and onboarding modules • Excellent business analysis skills and stakeholder management
