• Plan and execute multi-market influencer campaigns across Europe • Identify and manage influencers across key regions (DACH, Nordics, UK, Southern Europe, etc.) • Build and leverage a strong network of creators and/or agency partners • Oversee outreach, negotiations, and long-term partnership development • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking • Analyze results and optimize campaigns across different markets • Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably across multiple European markets • Strong existing network of European influencers or agency relationships • Proven experience managing multi-country campaigns • Deep understanding of regional differences in social media and content trends • Strong project management and communication skills • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus).
