📋 Description

• Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones B2B con empresas del sector pharma, biotech, medtech y afines • Detectar y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio, con foco principal en prácticas para alumnos y alianzas estratégicas • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos con empresas (incluidos big deals) • Acompañar la fidelización de empresas colaboradoras • Colaborar en el envío y match de perfiles de alumnos con empresas (en coordinación con el equipo) • Participar en el diseño y ejecución de eventos con empresas y cierre de patrocinios • Mantener vivo y ordenado el pipeline de oportunidades

🎯 Requirements

• Posea Grado Universitario • Tenga experiencia en B2B, partnerships o desarrollo de negocio (mínimo 1 año en cierre y fidelización de acuerdos) • Haya trabajado consiguiendo ofertas de prácticas o alianzas con empresas, y se sienta cómodo/a entendiendo necesidades de compañías y haciendo match con perfiles de talento • Tenga conocimiento o contacto con el sector farma / healthcare (muy valorable) • Tenga nivel de inglés B2 • Tenga disponibilidad para visitar empresas y asistir a eventos cuando sea necesario
