📋 Description

• Lead innovation and development projects — from the initial idea and customer requirements to a market-ready product • Provide strategic and operational support to GreenTech startups within the incubator as a coach • Build and develop industry partnerships, pilot projects, and strategic collaborations • Identify the market and commercialization potential of research results • Develop licensing models, e.g., SaaS • Conduct digitalization workshops • Develop industry and funded projects with partners from industry and academia

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Technology and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, or a related field • Professional experience in startup, innovation, or technology transfer environments • Entrepreneurial mindset • High initiative and a hands-on mentality • Strong communication and networking skills with potential customers • Business-fluent German • Good command of English
