📋 Description

• Lead complex Shopify client projects end-to-end from kick-off to go-live • As Project Lead, take responsibility for quality, scope and delivery • Structure projects, set priorities and ensure transparent decision-making paths • Identify risks early, resolve conflicting objectives and guide projects through challenging decision phases • Facilitate decision meetings and stakeholder alignments • Structure requirements in early or decision-critical project phases • Prepare robust decision-making foundations for Shopify projects together with UX and Tech • Support proposal development for large RFPs with conceptual expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years' experience managing complex digital or tech projects • Ideally experience in an agency or project-driven environment • Solid experience with Shopify projects, ideally including Shopify Plus • Experience with app ecosystems, migrations, integrations and complex setups • Experience as a project lead with direct project accountability • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured and decisive working style • High level of personal responsibility and reliability • Very good German • Good English
