📋 Description

• Lead project discovery and scoping activities, gathering and analysing business requirements • Manage the complete project lifecycle from estimation and planning through execution, monitoring, reporting, risk management, budget control, and closure • Oversee project resourcing, forecasting, commercial management, time tracking, and invoicing • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards • Support customers through digital transformation with guidance, best practices, and strategic advice • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies • Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO practices • Travel approximately 20–50% across the EMEA Central region

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience delivering digital marketing or enterprise software implementation projects • Proven experience managing Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, or Content Management implementations • Hands-on experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Commerce is ideal • Experience managing large, complex projects or multiple concurrent engagements • Strong project planning, risk management, prioritisation, budgeting, and executive stakeholder management skills • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum • Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable • Consulting background or experience working with software vendors is advantageous • Comfortable working with distributed international teams across different time zones • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken • Additional European languages are beneficial • Willingness to travel approximately 20–50% across the EMEA Central region
